The branch of TGC-9 “Sverdlovteplosbyt” worked out and installed technical conditions on technological connection of consumers to heat networks.

Within the limits of a new scheme of relationship of powermen with builders they determine the united tariff for connection to heat networks of newly created or reconstructed estate property objects on the territory of Ekaterinburg. Specialists of “Sverdlovteplosbyt” together with Ekaterinburg administration worked out the mechanism of the business-process of technological connection, defined the cost composition, ways and conditions of connection more exactly.

TGC-9 worked out the investment program on development of the centralized heat supply system of Ekaterinburg by the year 2009. Total cost of the planned projects is more than 2,5 billion RUR. They plan to attract part of money to development of Ekaterinburg heat networks owing to introduction of the united tariff for connection.

Territorial generating company No. 9 is going to start realization of the program of heat supply system development of Ekaterinburg in the year 2007. Thus, with a view of optimization of hydraulic operation of networks powermen will finish construction and place in operation two tanks – accumulators with capacity of five thousand cubic meters each. In the year 2007 they will also start construction of a kilometer heat run in Popova street, they plan to start development of design estimates for new heat mains in the city districts under construction. Altogether during the repairing campaign-2007 in Ekaterinburg they plan to replace 3,47 kilometers of networks in tube-in-tube computation.

Thanks to introduction of the tariff for technological connection to networks investment capacity in Ekaterinburg heat main development in the year 2007 will increase on 150 million RUR in comparison with figures that were planned earlier and will be 518,8 million RUR.
