A working meeting between Alexey Miller, Gazprom’s Management Committee Chairman and Richard Moncrief, President of Moncrief Oil International, Inc. was held today at Gazprom’s Headquarters.

The parties debated potential cooperation in the oil and gas business.

The US-based company Moncrief Oil International, Inc. was founded in 1935 as an independent oil and gas producer.

The company was involved in development of oil fields in Texas, Lousiana, Alaska, Oklahoma and other US States. In addition, Moncrief Oil International took part in prospecting in the Near East, Africa and other regions of the world.

The company has vast experience of oil well rehabilitation and oil and gas field exploration in Azerbaijan.
