On the 12th of July, the shareholders at the General Meeting of OAO “Open Investments” elected the Board of Directors consisting of 7 members.
The Board now consists of four representatives of Interros Company – Andrey Bugrov, Yekaterina Salnikova, Dmitry Kostoev, Olga Voitovich and three independent directors — Pavel Teplukhin, President of “Troyka Dialog” Managing Company and Board Member at GUM, “SamaraEnergo”, “MostoTrest” and “ArbatPrestige” companies; Yevgeny Yasin, Research Director of Higher School of Economics (State University) and Board Member at “Wimm-Bill-Dann” company; and Peter Hakanson – Board Chairman of “East Capital Asset Management AB”, Board Member of Russo-Swedish Chamber of Commerce and Board Member at “Baltic Property Trust Secura” and “Ruric” companies.
New members of the Board of Directors are Dmitry Kostoev; Peter Hakanson; and Olga Voitovich.
