In honour of celebration of the 64th anniversary of Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War the OJSC «North-West Telecom» offers to veterans and disabled veterans of the Great Patriotic War, veterans and disabled soldiers of military actions as well as categories of citizens equivalent to them in respect of the benefits granted to use the following communication services free of charge:

1. From house telephones:

- throughout May 2009 (from 1 to 31 May 2009) the services of intra-zone* communications (intra-zone telephone connections within the Republic, Region including calls to mobile phones) via an automated servicing system for total duration not more than 33 minutes;

- on May 9, 2009, the services of internal telegraph communications (across Russia) by telephone**.

2. At points of sale and services of the OJSC «NWT»:

- On May 9, 2009, the services of intra-zone* communications (intra-zone telephone connections within the Republic, Region including calls to mobile phones) via automated and delay servicing systems for total duration not more than 15 minutes on presentation of the passport and certificate corroborating the entitlement to benefits;

- On May 9, 2009, the services of internal telegraph communications (across Russia) on presentation of the passport and certificate corroborating the entitlement to benefits.

For all the subscribers, on May 8 and 9, 2009, the OJSC «NWT» reduces the tariffs for the services of intra-zone* telephone communications (intra-zone telephone connections within the Republic, Region including calls to mobile phones) via automated and delay servicing systems from house telephones and public call offices as well as for the services of internal telegraph communications (across Russia) including telegrams against a credit by phone, by 20% of the tariffs valid on the date of rendering the service.

* calls of fixed-line telephony subscribers to federal numbers of mobile (cellular) communications assigned to the same constituent entity of the RF ( for instance, a call from a fixed-line telephony subscriber in St.Petersburg to the federal telephone number of a subscriber of cellular communications registered in St.Petersburg etc.).

** a telephone number to be dialled for sending a telegram against a credit, should be asked for at regional branches of the OJSC «NWT».
