North-West Telecom announces with deep regret the tragic death on the 4th of January 2006 of Nikolay Moiseyevich Popov, a member of the Board of Directors of OJSC NWT.

Nikolay Moiseyevich Popov has made a great contribution to the development of the telecommunications industry, having a unique capability of uniting the working team and tackling any tasks.
