Moscow, Russia – November 18, 2009 – 1,9 Bln Rubles Subordinated Loan is lent to Moscow Bank for Reconstruction and Development (MBRD), on November 16, 2009.

The main shareholder of MBRD, JSFC “Sistema” (OJSC) lent 1,9 bln. rubles for a 10 year tenor at the rate 1,25% per annum. Due to subordinated loan the authorized capital of the Bank increased by 1,9 bln. rubles in comparison with 01.11.2009 and reached 14 bln. rubles. “Growth of capital base shall allow the Bank to increase raised funds as well as the lending of corporate clients”, Mr. Kapitonov, the Chairman of the Board, MBRD, said.
