Gazprom’s Headquarters has hosted today a working meeting between Alexey Miller, Chairman of Gazprom’s Management Committee and Yury Luzhkov, Mayor of the city of Moscow.
The parties reviewed the implementation of an Accord on cooperation over 2005, addressing the prospects for further interaction. In particular, the parties touched upon a Draft accord on cooperation between Gazprom and the Moscow Government, and gas deliveries to the city’s consumers over 2006.
Additionally the meeting dealt with matters surrounding the Gazprom subsidiary Sibneft’s involvement in managing the Moscow Refinery and the need of repaying gas debts of a string of Moscow-based companies.
