announces its consolidated IFRS results for the first six months
ended 30 June 2025.

2025 Group’s Financial Results:
Revenue reached RUB 96,404 million;
Adjusted EBITDA reached RUB 22,000 million;
Operating profit was RUB 18,322 million;
Loss for the
first six months of 2025 was RUB 2,517 million.
