The meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC "MOESK" was held in the form of absentee voting on 31 August 2010.

The Board of Directors determined measures increasing the level of antiterrorist and antisabotage security of the Company's electric grid facilities as one of priority lines of activity based on the results of the voting.

The Board of Directors made changes to the number and membership of the Management Board and the Committee for Engineering Connection to Electric Grids under the Board of Directors of JSC "MOESK".

According to the resolution of the Board of Directors, the number of members of the Management Board was increased to 7 people: 

the powers of the following members were terminated:

- Andrey Vladimirovich Mayorov;

- Alexander Sergeevich Shmagelsky.

the following individuals were elected as members of the Management Board:

- Anatoly Vasilievich Chegodaev - Deputy General Director - Technical Director, JSC "MOESK";

- Mikhail Lvovich Krupin - Deputy General Director for Engineering Connection in Moscow, JSC "MOESK"

- Yury Vadimovich Marakin - Deputy General Director for Security, JSC "MOESK".

The number of members of the Committee for Engineering Connection to Electric Grids under the Board of Directors of JSC "MOESK" was increased to 11 people: 

the following individuals were elected as its members:

- Maria Gennadievna Tikhonova - Director of the Department for Economic Regulation and Property Relations in the Fuel and Energy Complex, the Ministry for Power Industry of the Russian Federation;

- Andrey Pavlovich Konovalov - General Director, JSC "MOESK".

The following documents were approved during the meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC "MOESK":

- the report on the actions of adoption of electric power transmission services tariffs regulation using the method of return on investment (RAB);

- the report on the insurance coverage of JSC "Moscow United Electric Grid Company" in the 2nd quarter of 2010;

- the report on drafting and performance of the design specifications and estimates of the design and exploration work held by JSC "Moscow United Electric Grid Company" for the 1st quarter of 2010;

- the report on compliance with the cash flow targets of JSC "Moscow United Electric Grid Company" for the 2nd quarter of 2010;

- the plan of actions to mitigate the risks of traumas of extraneous people in the attendance zone of JSC "MOESK" for 2010-2012;

- the list of the independent valuers involved to define the market value of property and other assets.
