On a working visit to China, director general of JSC Rosseti, Oleg Budargin, met with the President of the State Grid Company of China, Liu Zhenya, during which they discussed issues of implementing the Agreement of strategic cooperation, signed by the companies in 2014.

Also in attendance at the meeting were members of the working group on the organization of the joint venture (JV) JSC Rosseti and SEC China for the implementation of projects on modernization and construction of the integrated power grids facilities in Russia and other countries, as well as representatives of structural divisions of the company.

In particular, they discussed the conditions for the creation of the enterprise, and also a list of priority projects that might be implemented in the future. Additionally, questions were raised about the attestation and certification of equipment from Chinese manufacturers in Russia.

Also, during the working visit, Oleg Budargin visited a production plant and a laboratory for certification of electrical equipment of the XD Electric group, and met with its leaders to discuss complex interaction in a number of directions.
