A working meeting between Alexey Miller, Gazprom's Management Committee Chairman and Radomir Naumov, Serbia's Mining and Energy Minister, was held today at Gazprom's Headquarters.
The meeting addressed issues of cooperation in the gas business.
Radomir Naumov stated that the Government of the Republic of Serbia was intensively engaged in devising a Conception of the former Socialist Federative Republic of Yugoslavia's debt for the Russian gas supplied settlement.
The parties also debated prospects of concluding until the yearend a gas supply contract with the Petroleum Industry of Serbia as well as Gazprom's involvement in investment projects to be implemented in the Serbian gas industry.

Starting 2001, Russian natural gas has been delivered to the former Yugoslavia by Gazexport, pursuant to a Contract signed with the Petroleum Industry of Serbia Company.
In 2003, Serbia received 1.873 bcm of Russian natural gas and 2-2.1 bcm are targeted for 2004.
