Moscow, 31 July 2025
— PJSC X5 Corporate Center (“X5” or the “Company”, MOEX
ticker: X5), a leading Russian food retailer that operates the
Pyaterochka, Perekrestok and Chizhik retail chains, announces
that in Q2 2025 it fulfilled its obligations to pay compensation to
X5 Retail Group N.V, as well as other due obligations related to the
payment of such compensation. The payment was carried out in line
with the provisions of Russian Federal Law No. 470-FZ dated
04.08.2023, the request of X5 Retail Group N.V. for the payment of
such compensation, and a corresponding decision of the subcommittee
of the Government Commission on Control over Foreign Investments in
the Russian Federation.
